I welcome case associations on special education and education civil rights matters. Special education law is a highly specialized practice area requiring knowledge of administrative law and a complex federal and state statutory and regulatory scheme. I take on tough, complex IDEA cases at the trial and appellate level and have the knowledge and experience to spot critical issues and plan strategy start to finish. If your client has a matter that is outside your practice area or you would like professional assistance on, I am available for association in a way that suits you and your client. I have worked with other law firms and organizations under different levels of involvement and fee sharing, under state bar rules and the needs of co-counsel and their clients. I exclusively represent Plaintiffs- either students with disabilities or their families.
